Dr. Humayun Iqbal is an internationally recognized executive advisor, consultant cardiothoracic surgeon, and institutional educator operating at the intersection of enterprise strategy, human performance, and high-consequence decision-making. He is the Founder and CEO of HGFord, a UK-based leadership transformation consultancy, and the architect of the Open-Heart Strategy™ and HGFord Leadership Operating System™ (HLOS™).
Across a 26-year clinical and advisory career spanning the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and South Asia, Dr. Iqbal recognized a structural isomorphism: biological systems and complex corporate architectures govern themselves by identical non-linear principles and cascading failure modes. Drawing from decades of directing high-acuity environments—including heart-lung transplantations and mechanical circulatory support, he established a diagnostic framework asserting that sustained enterprise resilience and growth requires treating underlying systemic pathology rather than surface symptoms.
Trained in cardiothoracic surgery within leading UK teaching hospitals at Oxbridge, Dr. Iqbal holds top-tier surgical credentials—FCPS (Cardiac Surgery), FRCS (C-Th Int. Sec 1), and FEBCTS—complemented by an MBA with Commendation from Ulster Business School. This dual clinical-executive mastery enables him to replace legacy management models with agile, evidence-informed frameworks designed for AI-augmented, multipolar environments.

Dr. Aysha Humayun

Dr. Aysha Humayun is a UK-trained Consultant Psychiatrist, executive psychology specialist, and leadership educator operating at the intersection of behavioral science, organizational resilience, and executive performance. As Executive Director and Co-Developer of the HGFord Leadership Operating System™ (HLOS™) and Open-Heart Strategy™, she translates clinical insights from psychiatry, psychotherapy, and neuroscience into actionable transformation frameworks for high-pressure enterprise environments.
With over two decades of clinical and organizational experience across the UKNational Health Service (NHS) and independent sectors, Dr. Humayun holds an MBBS from King Edward Medical College and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology from Cardiff University. Section 12 Approved in the UK, her clinical foundation in adult psychiatry, family systems, and complex neurodevelopmental conditions underpins her expertise in human factors within high-reliability organizations.
